Club Rules and On-Site Behavior

When visiting Geo Japan Billiard Club in person, the following rules apply:

All visitors must adhere to our dress code. Proper attire is required at all times. We reserve the right to refuse entry to individuals wearing inappropriate clothing.
Respect for equipment is mandatory. Any intentional damage to tables, cues, or other club property will result in charges for repair or replacement and possible membership termination.
Food and drinks are only permitted in designated areas. No food or drinks are allowed near the billiard tables.
Proper billiard etiquette must be observed at all times. This includes respecting other players, maintaining appropriate noise levels, and following proper turn-taking procedures.
The club management reserves the right to ask any person to leave the premises if their behavior is deemed disruptive, inappropriate, or in violation of club rules.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the club premises.
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Anyone found using or possessing illegal substances will be immediately reported to the authorities and permanently banned from the club.
Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Bookings and Reservations

The following terms apply to bookings and reservations made through our Website or directly at the club:

Table reservations require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice, subject to availability.
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may result in forfeiture of the reservation if the club is busy.
Payment for reservations must be made at the time of booking unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.
We reserve the right to limit reservation times during peak hours.
Special event bookings require separate agreements and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
